This slow, natural process removes excess water and delivers a rich, velvety texture with over twice the protein of regular yoghurt. Unlike commercial “Greek-style” products, this yoghurt contains no starches, thickeners, stabilisers, or added sugar — only three pure ingredients: fresh milk, live yoghurt cultures, and a natural preservative (natamycin).
